TeraDefect app for iPhone and iPad

TeraDefect is an app designed for crew members to report any defects spotted onboard the ship.
Ship Managers will be able to receive daily defect report via email.

Equipment reported for defects could be broadly categorized into critical and standard equipments.
Critical equipment refers to those whose sudden operational failure may result in hazardous situations.

These defects are displayed with an ! icon, with the colour indicating the current status:
Red-Open,
Orange-Work-In-Progress,
Green-Close
